Gift ideas for under $50
Klean Kanteen Plastic Free Bottle — I love this because it has no plastic parts to end up in your water, plus the bamboo on the cap makes it feel dressed up. This one is 27 oz. and you want to drink about half your weight in ounces of water each day. If you’re 120 pounds, you’d have 60 ounces per day or a bit more than two of these bottles.
Blue Light Blocking Glasses — Wear these whenever you’re using your computer and under artificial light to reduce eye strain. OR wear these in the evening to watch your favorite Netflix show without interrupting Melatonin production.
Himalayan Salt Lamp — Salt lamps give off a beautiful amber glow making it a perfect lamp to have at the bedside or for ambient evening light. This one has a dimmer and so can even be used as a nightlight for kiddos! The salt also gives off an negative ionic charge which can feel relaxing.
Essential Oil Diffuser — I love my oil diffusers and actually have two! One is for diffusing HOCl (this helps to kill mold spores that may be floating around in the home) and the second for diffusing essential oils. This one is lovely because it has an auto shutoff so you can set it to 1 or 3 hours.
Shower Filter — I know this is a very practical gift but a must have for anyone in your life who doesn’t yet have one. Chlorine, when vaporized through steam is highly absorbable and can have a detrimental affect on your thyroid as well as your hair and skin.
Safe Sleeve — Cell phones have been shown to cause cancer when worn on your body consistently and when used next to your ear, can raise your brain’s temperature within just 10 minutes. These safe sleeves, block the radiation along three sides of your phone making it safer to carry in your back pocket and while it’s held up to your ear. My husband and I both have these and I love them. Mine acts as my wallet as well.

RMS Beauty — I love RMS beauty for their gorgeous non-toxic makeup and skincare products. They have some bundles available for the holiday that can work with many skin tones. This is a great way to start to introduce yourself or friends to non-toxic beauty.
Laptop Pad — If you or someone you love still use their laptop on their lap, then this is a must. The radiation coming from electronic devices has been shown to actually degrade bone density and increase risk of tumor growth. This laptop pad blocks these harmful frequencies from going where you don’t want them to go.
Organic Cardigan — I’m a fan of PACT. Organic and Fair Trade certified they have everything from undies for the whole family to the most comfortable sweats, leggings and T-shirts. This cardigan is no different and has pockets!
7-Day Detox Kit — This is an amazing way to get rid of toxins that have been building up in your body and something that I do quarterly. I know 7 days sounds like a lot but it’s also a great way to kick off the new year! Clients have had amazing results with this.

Water Filter — This Berkey water filter not just filters particulates and chlorine, it also filters fluoride which is a must if you want to protect your thyroid. I have this one for my family and couldn’t be happier. I’ve recommended this to friends, family and clients.
Lumvi Skin Care — This bundle is amazing. I’ve been using this for over a month and my skin is soft and glowing. It’s never felt better. Lumvi products are made with organic ingredients and are not just non-toxic, they’re also effective.
Organic Linen Sheets — These are seriously luxurious. My husband and I have been sleeping in our linen sheets for over 10 years and they’re still in great shape. I love how they feel as well.
Organic Cotton Sheets — These are an affordable alternative to linen but still lovely! I especially love these cotton sheets for kiddos since “anything” can happen on them.

Air Filter — This is a must for anyone living in fire prone areas! This air filter helped to keep my family healthy during this past summer. Not only doesn’t it filter smoke, it also filters viruses, mold and pollen.
